Childhood Cancer Awareness Month
September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month
September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and our goal is to honor the families who are courageously tackling this devastating diagnosis every day. We aim to raise awareness of the enormous emotional toll pediatric cancer takes on every member of the family, as well as the financial impact it has on a family’s ability to keep up with basic living expenses. We hope you will join us as we pay tribute to the children, parents, caregivers, siblings, and healthcare workers who inspire us to BE THERE to offer financial and emotional support so they can continue to BE THERE for children tackling cancer.
Here are some ways you can get involved:
- Attend or support an upcoming event (see event listing below).
- Host your own fundraiser to help a child you know who is tackling childhood cancer, or in honor of the healthy children in your life. Turn a milestone in your life, like a birthday or anniversary, into an opportunity to give back and support Jay Fund families.
- Shop our Jay Fund Merchandise Store. Men’s and women’s apparel, along with accessories, are available for purchase, and a portion of the proceeds benefits the Jay Fund.
Get in the game
