Emotional Support
Creating Moments of Relief
Emotional Support That Lifts Families Up
Childhood cancer affects more than a patient’s body; it impacts the entire family’s heart and spirit. That’s why the Jay Fund provides opportunities for families to take a much-needed “timeout” from cancer.
Making a Child’s Life Brighter
Through special events, programs and experiences, we give children, parents, siblings and caregivers the chance to:
- Celebrate milestones
- Build lasting memories
- Connect with other families walking a similar path
These moments of relief remind families they’re not alone in the journey.
Programs That Support the Whole Family
- J.A.Y.S. Team (Just Among You Siblings)*
A dedicated sibling support program that ensures brothers and sisters of pediatric cancer patients are seen supported, and celebrated. - Adolescent and Young Adult Program (CHAT)*
Age-specific activities and support for teens and young adults facing childhood cancer, helping them connect with peers and feel empowered during treatment. - Caregiver Care Program
A network of support designed specifically for parents and caregivers, recognizing the emotional toll cancer takes on those who carry the heaviest load.
