The 11th annual Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Foundation’s “Champions for Children” Gala was held at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City this past Friday. New York Giants’ players and alumni, along with other celebrities, were in attendance to help raise funds to support the families of children with cancer and build awareness for the cause. The foundation recently hit its $1.5 million fundraising goal. Tom Coughlin’s Jay Fund Foundation was established by the Giants’ head coach in 1996. Its inspiration is the late Jay McGillis, who played for Coughlin at Boston College before passing away from leukemia.
