Wine Tasting Gala – Restaurant Menu and Supply Needs

  • Please complete the registration form by February 13. If you have any questions, please contact edye@tcjayfund.org or peggybarker@gmail.com. Please note we have been able to simplify the credential process this year.

  • Important Wine Tasting Gala information to know. Each station will have a draped 8’x30” front table and an 8’X18” back prep table. An 8.5”x11” sign and a can of Fire Stop will be provided for each table. We encourage you to personalize your area.

  • Please complete the information below to help us meet your needs.

  • Electricity Update: Moving forward, electricity will only be provided after approval by Edye Wright or Peggy Barker. We encourage you to design your signature item with this in mind. Open flame will be allowed with the use of sterno, butane burners, propane or alternative heating sources approved by the Jay Fund and Bold Events. Please let us know your plans. In the event of an emergency each restaurant using a heating source will be provided with a can of Fire Stop.

  • For anyone driving a vehicle into the stadium – NFL regulations require the Jaguars/Bold Events to receive the following information to expedite access to EverBank Stadium the day of the event. Please provide the following information to peggybarker@gmail.com by February 19 – Full name of driver, cell phone number, make, model and license plate of vehicle entering the stadium of load-in and load out. Up to three vehicles allowed. Any passenger in vehicles will need to provide their name in advance. No access will be permitted without prior submission. No exceptions. February 19 is a hard deadline. Vendor packets will be emailed out by February 21.

  • For all other restaurant staff walking into the stadium – we need to know how many staff will be attending so we can have credentials ready. We do not need names or phone numbers. Each restaurant will be limited to 5 staff during the event. Please advise if you need more.
