We are looking forward to seeing you at VyStar Ballpark on Thursday, March 5, for the Wine Tasting Gala! Please complete the registration form by February 18.

  • Each station will have a black draped 8' x 30" front table and an 8' x 18" back prep table. An 8.5" x 11" sign will be provided for each table. We encourage you to personalize your area.

  • Electricity Update: Moving forward, electricity will only be provided after approval by Edye Wright or Peggy Barker. We encourage you to design your signature item with this in mind. Open flame will be allowed with the use of sterno, butane burners, propane or alternative heating sources approved by the Jay Fund and VyStar Ballpark. Please let us know your plans. In the event of an emergency each restaurant using a heating source will be provided with a can of Fire Stop.
