Important Wine Gala information to know: • Each station will have a draped 8'x30" front table and an 8'x18" back prep table • We encourage you to personalize your table • An 8.5"x11" sign for each restaurant will be provided for the table • Due to Fire Code Regulations NO OPEN FLAME COOKING IS ALLOWED AT THE VENUE (sternos are permitted)

Note: NFL regulations require the Jaguars/Bold Events to receive the following information to expedite access to EverBank Stadium the day of the event. Please prepare to provide the following information by February 21 to the Jay Fund. This is a hard deadline. • Full names of all team members • Cell phone numbers for each team member • Make, model and license plate of vehicles entering the stadium for load-in and load out. Up to three allowed. • No access will be permitted without prior submission. No exceptions. • Vendor packets will be emailed out by February 23
