•What is an Impact Player Event?
Impact Player Events are grassroots efforts that allow individuals, groups and organizations to BE THERE for local families tackling childhood cancer through events and campaigns that raise funds and awareness for the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund.

•Who do I contact for questions regarding the Impact Player Program?
For questions, more information or to discuss ideas please contact Edye Wright, Director of Community Engagement for the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund or complete the Impact Player Application and Edye will contact you within 48 hours.

•Will the Jay Fund help staff help me organize my event?
The Jay Fund will do everything we can to help you make your event a success, but you will need to do the majority of the planning. Assemble a trustworthy team of friends, family, or coworkers to help you put on your event.

•Can the Jay Fund assist in covering costs associated with my event?
The Tom Coughlin Jay Fund does not pay any costs associated with third-party events.

•Can an Impact Player request a Jay Fund representative to be a part of my event?
Please contact Edye Wright to request a Jay Fund representative or volunteer to be a part of your event. There is no guarantee, but we will make every effort to arrange a staff member, Jay Fund Ambassador, or volunteer to be involved in your Impact Player Event.

•Can the Jay Fund provide materials for my event?
Yes. We will supply electronic Jay Fund materials that you can print to display or hand out. Should you need additional materials or information contact Edye Wright.

•Can I use the Jay Fund logo?
Yes, raising awareness is a huge part of the Impact Player Program. However, we do ask that you send us a mock-up or draft of any materials bearing our logo for approval first. Please allow up to 7 days for approval.

•Will the Jay Fund help to promote my Impact Player Event?

Yes. The Jay Fund promotes events on the Jay Fund website and social media.

•Will the Jay Fund share their donor list to promote my event?

The Jay Fund donor and mailing list are confidential and will not be shared with third party fundraisers.

•How do I collect donations at my event?
During your event donations can be collected via cash or check, you can point people to our website (tcjayfund.org/give), or build your event online with a crowd funding site. Checks need to be made out to Tom Coughlin Jay Fund. Any donation over $20 with contact information included will receive an acknowledgment and tax receipt sent out from the Jay Fund.

•Can I use the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund’s tax-exempt status to purchase materials for my event?
No, third-party fundraisers do not qualify for our tax exemption status.

•How soon after my event must I submit offline donations?
We ask that within 10 days of the event all offline donations are submitted. Do not send cash through the mail. To make arrangements for a donation drop off or check presentation please contact Edye Wright.
