Now in its 11th year, the star-studded event has quickly become the premier fundraising event for the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund in the New York/New Jersey area. Held at Cipriani on 42nd Street and emceed by NBC4’s Bruce Beck, the event was successful in hitting its $1.5 million fundraising goal. Giants’ players and alumni, as well as local sports and media figures, were all in attendance to help raise funds to support the families of children with cancer and build awareness for the cause.

The foundation was established by the Giants’ head coach in 1996. Its inspiration is the late Jay McGillis, who played for Coughlin at Boston College before passing away from leukemia.
